also da ja eigentlich jetzt klar ist das die 5.5 cfw nicht gemacht wird
und jetzt aber die neue fimeware 6.00 draußen ist
wollte ich fragen: kann es sein das in den nächsten tagen oder wochen die cfw 6.00 m33 rauskommt?

vllt macht GEn eine oder vielleicht auch nicht .. jedoch denk ich das sie grad dabei sind

Oh well wait for GEN again I guess... Anyways the PSP scene is starting to die out. I might go with the Wii and its homebrew, or get a DS better games and homebrew.

It's not funny to say this, but i won't go to a GEN firmware.

I tried 5.50GEN-B and my psp crashed everytime i started up the browser. I went back to 5.00m33-6 with a pandora.

I'm not really willing to try that again :s

Stupid with a capital S! This does not deserve .00 it should be 5.60. Unless they have done some SERIOUS work under the hood

I hope there is a cfw, then all that blah about games not being able to be played will be over. I am so sick of it. GEN is way to unstable for me to use I will ALWAYS and ONLY be on m33. Please enlighten us with something!

It sooo sucks installing OFW to play Soul Calibur and pandoring back to CFW to watch Dexter via PMPlayer and play Day of Tentacle via ScummVM.
I was sooo exited when Alex made 3.90 CFW just six hours after OFW was released.

Really hope alex makes CFW 6.00... It has already started that every upcoming psp games will require us to use the latest firmware... Its a pain in the ass rippin' the games just to make them play on 5.00 m33-6 right? I do hope alex considers upgrading the CFW to 6.00... Not just because of the minimal add-ons, but also for the upcoming awesome games to come...

well, we can't force DaX to make one, so stop whining. he can leave the scene anytime he wants. just weigh whats more important: if you want to be able to play new games, then update to this OFW. if homebrew and backup games ( for portability, not bringing along those UMD ) are your preference, then stick to CFW.

As explained on many pages, they seem to have patched some exploits that weren't even public. So, who knows.

I know they (probably) won't release their 1.5 kernel nor their psardumper because of code steal ( MHU ), and I don't think it's a nice reaction, but... I'm just wondering what's your opinion

But well, i'm not on that drama anymore, as we all knew what happened even though many people keep on trying to make themselves as the heroes of the Scene when they have been copying other's work for always and now they make stupid jokes on it.

You morons this is not CFW this is OFW if u dont have pandora do not update from CFW 5.50b2 cause any of ur cso/iso games will be UNPLAYABLE! and u will be able to play only the games with 5.55 or 6.00 the sony firmware

Rofl, GEN already dumped OFW 6.00. They found a new POPs prx. So maybe there will be a GEN firmware.

Also SuperBitch You probley screwed up on installing GEN. You start with GEN-A Build 4 then you get the update for GEN-B which is not an update it is a flasher, after that you put on GEN-B2. 5.50 I have had sense it came out and it is stable. Plays all ISO/CSO ripped games fine, which is not even the point of CFW which is homebrew. Go get POWDER 111 its a great homebrew game.
