I didn't get it from anywhere, i made the mod myself. Heres a link to the mod files: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GNWNLUX0
That is the zip file. Here are the instructions:
1. Use either PSPset or Xflash to
flash the gameboot.PMF, coldboot.VAG, and 08.bmp (must be background.bmp if your using Xflash)
2. Use Xflash to debrand boot and gameboot screens
3. Use Xflash to remove wavey lines
4. Your done, enjoy!
